At times I’m ready to move back to Bakersfield. Only about 7 inches of rain per year. And I can really empathize with the little guy in the cartoon.

Yep, It’s really puttin’ our tubin’ plans on hold, and that sucks big ones. Should be drytin’ up nice by next week, but the lakes are still flowin’ out the spillways.
